The “Chat” section gives you an opportunity to communicate with our other trader. You can also find such useful information as analytics, news, promotions, and notifications. To hide the chat window, click on the Chat icon in the left panel once again. Chats in different languages become available when you change the platform language in your profile.

You can also create your own chat or channel for a selected group of traders by clicking on the “+” sign.

How To Use Chats

In order to join the general chat with other traders, go to the “Chat” section in the left panel of the trading interface and choose “General chat”.

Attention: Please make sure to read the chat rules which can be found in the drop-down menu when you click on three dots.

You can choose a trader from the general chat and click on their avatar to send a private message.

You can find useful information, such as news and analytics, in the “Chat” section in the left panel of the trading interface in the “Channels” tab.

Here you will be notified about new incoming messages and actions that you performed on the platform.
