The Market on the platform is a special section of the website that allows users to purchase and activate all kinds of trading features that can significantly improve your results and the effectiveness of trading sessions as well as enjoy additional benefits offered by the platform. On this page, you can see all available purchases, the history of your purchases, your current discount, gem and money balance, and buttons allowing you to buy or sell items.

Promo codes add a certain percentage of bonus funds to a client’s deposit. Promo code conditions and features vary, for example, a 100% deposit bonus promo code will add a 100% bonus to any deposit over $100, while a 50% promo code works with deposits over $50.

How To Use Promo Codes

Open the Market and proceed to the “Promo codes” page.

Choose the desired bonus and click on the “Purchase” and “Confirm” buttons in the next window. Please note that a bonus can only be used for a deposit that was made after the bonus purchase.

You can find the promo code terms and conditions by clicking on the appropriate link under each bonus available in the Market.

Deposit bonus conditions are fully explained in the pop-up window.

If you already have a promo code, you can check its terms and conditions on the Finance – Promo codes page.

You will be able to find an active promo code as well as execution progress, all available promo codes including the ones purchased in the Market or received as a gift. To check the promo code conditions click on the “Check” button next to a code.

If you purchased a promo code in the Market, go to the Purchases section and activate the promo code.

To confirm activation, proceed to deposit and choose a payment method.

The promo code will appear in the special box for promo codes.

To check the bonus execution progress, go to the Finance — Promo codes page.

Bonus to balance adds real funds to your trading account balance. You can use gems to purchase them. There are no turnover requirements and you can use it right away for trading or request a withdrawal.

You can activate a Bonus to balance feature in the “Purchases” section of the Market.

How to Use a Bonus to Balance

Risk free feature allows you to recover your original investment by canceling a lost trade order.

In the Market, on the Risk-free page choose the required bonus and click on the “Purchase” and “Confirm” buttons in the new window.

Go to the Purchases section and activate the risk-free bonus.

To cancel a lost trade order, go to the Trading History page and click on the Cancel button if applicable. Note that only one trade can be canceled with the use of this bonus.

How to Use the Risk-Free Bonus

Cashback is a feature that pays back a percentage of used funds to a user’s trading account balance. A trader can return up to 10% of the total loss.

Once activated, cashback is added to the balance on the first day of every month automatically if the total loss is greater than the profit for the previous month or since the date of activation.

Cashback expires automatically a year after it has been activated. To extend the expiration of cashback, you need to purchase a cashback with the same percentage rate.

You can increase the cashback rate (up to 10%) at any time by purchasing it in the Market provided that you have purchased cashback with a higher percentage than the active one. The new rate will apply upon activation.

How to Use Cashback

Boosters are used to get additional experience points per trade. Experience points help you increase your account level and allow you to purchase more valuable goods in the Market.

How to Use Boosters

Prolongators are used to extend the duration of Boosters, i.e. the user will have more time to receive extra experience points while placing trade orders on the Platform.

You can activate a Prolongator bonus in the “Purchases” section of the Market.

How to Use Prolongators

Gems are awarded for unlocking achievements and are used as a Platform currency for the features sold in the Market. Gems can be bought or exchanged for more valuable gems.

Gems mining allows you to collect gems for copying top-ranked traders. Activate a mining license and start copying traders using the Social trading menu. You get one gem shard for every copied trade. 1000 shards can be used to forge one gem.

Therefore, if you have copied 1000 trade operations, you will receive one gem. The gem color depends on the type of mining license you activate.

How to Collect and Use Gems

Chests provide a random amount of trading advantages depending on their level. You can choose a chest when making a deposit or purchase it in the Market. If you wish to receive a free chest, a certain deposit amount is required.

How to Use Chests

Vip tickets are a trading advantage that gives you a free pass to a tournament. You can receive it in a chest or as a random gift but they cannot be purchased in the Market.
